Billy Rhoden created Barco and immediately started to manufacture petroleum jelly and from there, Purlene was born. Then came Tropic Glow Hair-dress and Conditioner.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Purlene Hair Food gave the Purlene brand variety.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
